Guarantee jewelry Engelsrufer

There is a manufacturer's warranty for the product on offer (see below for further information and notes on the warranty!)

Warranty conditions:

The manufacturer (Schmuckzeit Europe GmbH) grants a 2-year guarantee on the goods advertised with the guarantee promise. The period for calculating the guarantee period begins on the invoice date. The manufacturer's warranty covers the Federal Republic of Germany. If material or manufacturing defects occur during this period, the manufacturer, as guarantor, will grant one of the following services at its discretion within the scope of the guarantee:

  • free repair of the goods or
  • Free exchange of the goods for an equivalent item (possibly also a successor model if the original goods are no longer available).

In the event of a warranty claim, please contact the guarantor:

Schmuckzeit Europe GmbH
Northern Ringstr. 6
91126 Schwabach

Email address:

Tel.: 09122-18870

Guarantee claims are excluded in the event of damage to the goods

  • abusive or inappropriate treatment
  • Environmental influences (moisture, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.)
  • Failure to observe any safety precautions
  • Failure to follow the operating instructions
  • Use of force (e.g. punch, push, fall)
  • unauthorized repair attempts
  • normal wear and tear

A claim for the guarantee service requires that the guarantor is able to check the guarantee case by sending in the goods. It is important to ensure that damage during transport is avoided by using appropriate packaging.

To apply for warranty service, you must enclose a copy of the original invoice with the shipment of goods. We ask for your understanding that the manufacturer can refuse warranty service without providing this copy of the invoice. Sending the copy of the invoice is used to calculate the guarantee period. You must also provide the seller's name and address unless this is stated on the attached copy of the invoice.

If it is a legitimate warranty claim, the warranty will be processed freight free for you. Any shipping costs you may have incurred will be reimbursed by the guarantor.

A notice:
Your legal rights are not limited by this guarantee promise. In particular, any existing statutory warranty rights towards us remain unaffected by this guarantee promise.

Guarantee watches Engelsrufer

Your Engelsrufer watch has a guarantee of 24 months from the day of purchase against material defects and workmanship errors. The prerequisite is that you as a consumer have purchased the watch in an Engelsrufer partner sales point or in the Engelsrufer online shop. The guarantor is Schmuckzeit Europe GmbH, Nördliche Ringstr. 6, 91126 Schwabach, Germany.

Please note that Engelsrufer watches purchased at an authorized specialist store must also be submitted there with the completed warranty certificate and cannot be sent directly to Engelsrufer. To claim this warranty, please present the international warranty certificate - completed by an authorized Engelsrufer dealer, dated, signed and stamped. Please keep this certificate safe. This guarantee only applies provided that batteries recognized by Engelsrufer are used. Your watch is equipped with a Miyota movement.

The guarantee does not apply in the event of improper use, third-party repairs, negligent handling, wear and tear, damage due to normal use (e.g. scratched glass), misuse or damage (e.g. due to an accident). Excluded from this guarantee are wearing parts such as bracelets and batteries.

The rights under the statutory warranty in accordance with national laws are not replaced or limited by the warranty.

Information according to the Battery Act (Battg)

Since our Engelsrufer watches contain batteries, Engelsrufer is obliged under the Battery Act (BattG) to inform customers of the following:

Batteries and accumulators must not be disposed of with household waste. Rather, customers are legally obliged to return used batteries and accumulators. Used batteries can contain harmful substances that can harm the environment or health if not stored or disposed of properly. Batteries also contain important raw materials such as iron, zinc, manganese or nickel and can be recycled. After use, customers can either return the batteries to Engelsrufer or return them free of charge in the immediate vicinity (e.g. in stores or at municipal collection points). The sale in sales outlets is limited to quantities usual for end users and to those used batteries that the distributor carries or has carried in its range as new batteries.

The symbol with the crossed out garbage can means that batteries and accumulators must not be disposed of with household waste. Under this symbol you can also find the following symbols with the following meaning:

Pb: Battery contains lead,
Cd: battery contains cadmium,
Hg: Battery contains mercury
